For the last 25 years, the IEF has funded over 200 grants for interactive, experiential learning programs that enrich everyday instruction by fostering critical thinking, creativity and curiosity. In addition, our Innovation Fund program encourages student entrepreneurship by supporting student-led ideas to enhance the school and Irvington community. 

Our Board includes a diverse, dynamic and forward-thinking group of community members with a shared passion for ensuring that our District’s students receive a robust and well-rounded academic experience to set them up for future success.

There are no special requirements to apply to the Board other than having a child attending school in Irvington.
