IEF Fundraisers
The Irvington Education Foundation is an expression of our community’s commitment to our children’s education. We raise funds in 3 ways:
- direct donations from parents & community members
- corporate & local business sponsorships
- community fundraisers
The IEF ensures Irvington schools’ classrooms are not only academically rigorous, but also that our curriculum stretches beyond the district’s budget to provide innovative, experiential learning opportunities.
There are 2 main IEF fundraising events each year:
Fall - The Mohawk Family Event for families with students attending Dow's Lane. This year's Mohawk event is on Friday, September 19th from 5:30 - 8:30 and is held on the amazing grounds of the Mohawk Day Camp. Look for details in the Dow's Lane newsletter.
Spring - The annual IEF Benefit is an opportunity for parents to come together to socialize and support grant funding. This event raises money through ticket sales and an online auction. The 2025 invitation is below, we will be sending out updates on the 2026 benefit in early 2026.
